We pride ourselves on using rigorous research methods and including scientific sources for everything we cover, but nothing is guaranteed to be accurate or free of error.

Due to regulations, our customer service representatives are unable to reply to certain types of questions directly. We will address common questions and/or concerns in our publications, as mentioned above. In any type of acute or emergency situation you must contact licensed medical professionals.

The moment you sign up to our premium services, you will have unlimited access to a wide variety of Special Reports filled with excellent recommendations and Special E-alerts with news updates delivered right to your inbox as soon as they are written. As a premium subscriber, you will also get access to our member-only website, where you will be able to retrieve our extensive archives.
When you subscribe to any of our publications with your credit card, you will be billed that membership rate. The one-year auto-bill choice ensures your membership does not lapse. Every 12 months, we will automatically bill your card for the publication to which you subscribe at the auto-renewal rate we offer. This auto-renew feature does not obligate you in any way, and you may opt out at any time. The two-year choice is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. With the lifetime choice, you never pay a membership fee again. With any choice, you can cancel within the allotted period for a full refund.
Testimonials and Reviews
Names used in The Center for New Vitality’s testimonials and reviews may be altered to conceal and protect customer identities. Testimonials may also be altered to fix grammar, hide proprietary information contained in our newsletters, or for other reasons. Audio recordings may be actors reading real, written testimonials.
While we always seek and encourage honest feedback from our customers, and do not exclusively solicit positive reviews, non-cash incentives are at times provided to encourage testimonials used in our promotional materials. These incentives typically include but are not limited to subscription fee extensions and discounts.
While our intent is always to produce investment materials of exceptional value, our customer service representatives will gladly assist you if you are not 100% satisfied with our services. The majority of our publications offer a specific time period during which you can try our services and receive 100% of your money back if you are not satisfied. Upon expiration of the full refund period, you may contact our customer service representatives to cancel the automatic renewal on your subscription so that no further charges are applied to your account. Your subscription will simply expire at the end of its term. Please note that the full refund expires immediately when the specified trial period of the publication ends. When you cancel your subscription after the allotted period mentioned in our promotional materials, we will not refund you a pro-rated portion of your subscription fees.
No Refund Policy
Some of our products have a no refund policy – we will tell you clearly if this is the case before you purchase. We spend millions of dollars per year on research, travel and infrastructure to bring our subscribers the best possible product. We simply cannot allow subscribers to join our services, receive all of our research and then receive a full refund. It isn't fair to our actual paying customers and it puts too much of a burden on our staff costs, taking away from our research budget and diminishing the product. We have too much pride in our research to allow that to happen.
Some of our publications do offer a pro-rated refund after a trial period has ended. In this instance the refund will be pro-rated on a weekly basis. These publications offer a pro-rated refund on subsequent purchases and automatic renewals.
A trial period for a subscription may only be used once per subscriber, per publication. The full refund is specific to the initial purchase of the subscription only, within the allotted trial period as stated on the order form. Additional purchases of the same publication or automatic renewals do not offer a full refund.
